Christyl L. Murray is a Vice President on the Chief Administrative Office & Global Technology, Shared Services Professional Development Team. She has expertise in Leveraging “Human Capital” to facilitate change management and strategically improve business results, with distinguished accomplishments in diversity and inclusion, talent development, communication, coaching and management consulting. Christyl was previously a senior manager with Accenture in their organization and change strategy practice. She was also a consultant with LRN – a consulting and training boutique focused inspiring principled performance and business ethics. Over the past two with JPMorgan Chase & Co., Christyl has led the Firmwide roll out of the VP Academy - a leadership development program for high performers which delivers a management and professional development skills curriculum. The VP Academy workflow is directly aligned with JPMorgan Chase & Co’s Human Capital objectives of Talent Development, Diversity and Inclusion, all of which effectively deliver an accelerated ability for our firm to responsibly solution real business issues, as well as to secure and extend our competitive advantage across the markets where we operate.
Murray is also an adjunct professor in Leadership and Human Capital Management at NYU. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California Berkeley, and a combined M.A. in International Studies from the Lauder Institute and an M.B.A. from The Wharton Business School, both at the University of Pennsylvania.
